Objectives:

  • Raise Awareness about Mental Health: The project aimed to educate young people on the importance of mental health, reduce stigma, and promote open discussions around mental well-being.
  • Provide Practical Tools for Emotional Well-being: Through non-formal methods, participants were introduced to techniques such as mindfulness, stress management, and coping strategies to help them manage emotions and build resilience.
  • Encourage Peer Support and Community Building: The project fostered a sense of community by encouraging young people to support each other, share experiences, and create a supportive environment for discussing mental health.

By focusing on these objectives, Mind your Mind worked to empower young people to take care of their mental health and develop lifelong skills for emotional well-being.
