Visual tools for social inclusion, Poland 2025
Members of Together Romania Association took part in the Erasmus+ KA153 training course “Visual Tools for Social Inclusion”, an international learning experience designed to empower youth workers with innovative communication and facilitation skills.
The course focused on developing visual thinking and graphic facilitation techniques — powerful tools for organizing ideas, expressing concepts clearly, and making complex information more accessible. Visual thinking is more than drawing: it’s a creative process that helps transform ideas into clear, visual messages that everyone can understand.

Throughout the training, participants explored both manual and digital methods, including the use of AI applications to enhance visual content creation. The program introduced:
-
The basics of visual thinking and graphic facilitation methods
-
The use of simple shapes and visual elements to structure ideas
-
The creation of a personal visual vocabulary
-
Practical work with Neuland graphical markers and outlining tools
-
The integration of AI tools for visual storytelling and content visualization
The course offered a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, encouraging participants to rediscover their creativity and use visual tools in non-formal education and youth work.
By combining creativity, technology, and social purpose, the Visual Tools for Social Inclusion project supports more effective communication, deeper engagement, and stronger inclusion within the youth sector.
