TC- Green Art for Sustainable Growth, Serbia 2012

Partnership was composed by associations from 10 different countries (from Programme Countries and South East Europe). The main objectives were:

-To train group leaders and youth workers from EU and SEE countries and give them the capacity to use “green” art as a tool in promotion and development of “green” skills and behaviours of youth with fewer opportunities, and to encourage their commitment to sustainable growth as well as developing skills in promotion and launch of new quality projects, both within the framework of the Youth in Action Programme and in the local level.

– To raise awareness about importance and possibilities offered by sustainable development schemes, with particular reference to European Union’s programmes

-To improve and to contribute to an implementation of high quality YiA Programme projects

-To give to the participants a tool for multiplying the competences gained during the TC at local level, in order to involve and empower young people

 

Program. In the first and the second day we make ice-breaking and group building games, fair of association and in the evening: intercultural evening. The 3rd day we learned about intercultural learning and what is sustainable growth. Day 4: talk about the Youth in Action Programme and what are the ways to promote sustainable growth and in the afternoon we visit the local associations. Day 5:  we split into groups for the workshops and start to work. Day 6: working in the 3 workshops: graphic design, comic and performing. Day 7: in the morning we finish the workshops and in the evening take place the final event where we present our work. Day 8: free morning and in the afternoon we try to come up with ideas for future projects. Day 9: finishing the write of the projects and learn about types of dissemination plans.
