“Youth works in rural areas” in Kayseri, Turkey
.
“At the beginning, I hadn’t so many expectations from this course because it was hard to believe that are still people who have a special interest in what they are doing, and never stop thinking in their work about the others needs. It was an interesting way for me to discover that knowledge it’s not only maths, chemistry and grammar, but about people and how should they share their experiences in order to design things together, about strengthen relationships within the group created.
We thought all this time, that we, people being in a crazy run of century, aren’t aware about our potential, and how many things we can do for ourselves, learning in every moment something new and quite interesting. There were a lot of moments that bring us new ideas about our personal development and also about the courage to initiate a project, to make a good decision at the right time.
But all the good moments come to an end. It was hard for us to leave all the people that we met. A great part of Turkey that we discovered let us dreaming about how many secrets are in this mixture of European and Asian culture.”
