“Before leaving to Albania, we talked a lot and we were really excited because it was our first training. We had a lot of misconceptions about the country and the people there and I have to admit that we couldn’t have been more wrong.
From the first night, we met the other participants in the training. People from Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, UK, Poland, Italy, all so nice and willing to get to know us better. For me, it was mind-blowing how all of us, being from different countries, with a different first language could get along so well and really become friends until the end of the training course. We shared a lot of informations about our countries, I learned so much about their history and their culture, their traditional food and drinks, their religion. As a group, we just clicked. It was fascinating. I loved every one of them and I think that the time that I spent with them was the time of my life.

The trainers were amazing. They made me feel relaxed, confident, they pushed me into exploring myself and the others around me. The games we played, the things they said, their methods of work inspired me.. The fact that they were so honest and so open-minded, made me feel the same way and act the same way. I discovered so many things through theatre and through this exceptional training course. I hope I will have the chance to participate again and to continue to develop myself. I am still doing their exercises and I am still practising at home. I don’t have the words to explain everything I feel when I remember all the things we did there, the thoughts we had, the emotions we had, all of it.
Organisers did a really good job. Good hostel, the schedule was perfect, the meals, the coffee breaks, the social programme. They were always there to help us.
This first experience was an unbelievable experience and I think I’ll become addicted to this kind of trainings and projects. I already showed my gratitude in front of all of them back in Albania, but I want to thank to association Together also for this amazing opportunity.
Now I have a different perspective about Albania, the people there and I am looking forward to go back there and maybe meet again with all the people in the project because I already miss them all.“
