“How to serve it cold 2.0″, Cracow, Poland 2015

The project “How to serve it cold” was funded by the European Commission through Erasmus+ Programme. The main aim of the training course is to take a look on an issue of intercultural communication and conflicts and in this context consider which skills and attitudes are required for an NGO worker. As an outcome participants during the project will decide on a set of essential attributes and trainer skills, which will be described in a publication issued at the end of the project. There will be also a video created to give an overview on the project and to promote specific methods of non-formal education in the subject. 
The international training took place in Krakow – Poland between 30 May to 7 June 2015. On this occasion were selected as participants 26 leaders and youth workers from Netherlands, Italy, Romania, Turkey, Germany, Cyprus, United Kingdom, Macedonia and Poland. The project addressed issues such as: interculturality, conflict, conflict management, conflict cycle, dealing with intercultural conflict; etc The training course applied the principles of non-formal learning through methods that actively involved participants such as workshops, debates, theatre, intercultural activities etc
