.
“Between 5 -13 September 2015 ,we were in this project with two participants from each other 14 countries to learn how to make young people understand that they spend too much time on social media and they should be more involved in sport or outdoor activities.
The main ideas of this training course was to offer basic methods of planning process within time management and their application in practice, to create awareness to young people who use internet at computer too often, about ways and methods of rite usage of internet and computer technologies.

During the trainer course non-formal education methods that assure balance between theory and practice was used such as: outdoor activities, games, workshops, visits, individual work, plenary work, group dynamics, theoretical input, co-operative games, intercultural activities, personal challenge, presentations. We were all at a high school in Snina, where for one hour we held a workshop, in 6 different classes, about Erasmus+ Programme along with the opportunities it offers for youngsters, about time management, internet addiction and how to use effectively the internet. Also we have to send the information learned in this project in our city, with the help of trainers and perhaps specialized people in the field, using Skype to communicate in real time.”
