YES! For being active and eco,  Zakopane, Poland 2017

“Romanian team felt great in the Youth Exchange by Erasmus+ with the other teams from Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Slovak Republic. Was a really wonderful week in the most beautiful town from Poland, Zakopane. For us, Zakopane means fun, great people and magic winter.

We enjoyed the interactive activities proposed by organizers with enthusiasm. All this activities were according to the principles of non-formal education and they supposed the achievement of competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) related to ecology, environment protection, and healthy nutrition. We learned about reuse, repair and recycle in our own house, about sports that we can practice anywhere and anytime, about drinks and food that can help us to reduce the consumption of toxic substances and maintain our body healthy.

We also discovered new cultures and their traditions (music, dance, food). The representatives of each country taught us the most popular words, social gestures in their social space. They also present us photos and short films with the most beautiful places of their country. They taught us traditional dances and gave us traditional food. We enjoyed every evening together with our Bulgarian, Italians, Lithuanian, Polish and Slovaks friends. Certainly we are enriched with new representations and knowledge about all this countries.

In addition, we developed some social competences about working in team and communicate with people from different countries in a official language. We all have improved our English. The mixed groups have helped us to generate original ideas and to cooperate. All this project was a big chance for us to develop our personality.
