Youth exchange FOMO, Poland 

The main topic of the project „#FOMO: Fear of missing out” are addiction to mobile devices and social media among young people. 35 youngsters from 7 countries discovered together the impact of FOMO syndrome on our social interactions, social life quality and discuss all „friends and foes” of modern media development. In addiction to main topic of the project, participants developed social competences to increase their active participation in local society life. During the 7-days programme of the mobility participants were included in different workshops and activities relevant for the main subject-matter of the project. The facilitators team useed interesting non-formal learning methods adequate to the project topic and the profile of participants.

Apart from that, the participants took part in many activities, both theoretical and practical:
• presentations, brainstorming, workshops and discussions,
• orienteering game in Zakopane,
• language animations, ice braking games,
• trip to the mountains or sightseeing tour – depending on the weather conditions,
• national evenings and group presentations as a support to international education of
the participants.
