Youth it up!, partnership building activity Poland 2021

The main goals of the project „Youth It Up” were:

• creation of a new partnership network between youth organizations included in the project,
• common development of ideas for projects and initiatives to be implemented in the coming years,
• supporting the development of young leaders and facilitators by developing their competences crucial for the quality of implemented activities.

During our project, we implemented activities that let us to present the profile of our organizations. We planed together new activities and initiatives that we will implement in the coming years under international cooperation. We organized workshops during which participants gained new competences related to the use of non-formal education methods in context of youth work, the use of graphic facilitation and visual thinking methods, creating safe environment for education of people with special needs or supporting young people in communication and learning processes.

During the 6-days programme of the mobility participants were included in different workshops and activities relevant for the main subject-matter of the project. The facilitators team used interesting non-formal learning methods adequate to the project topic and the profile of participants.
Apart from that, the participants took part in many activities, both theoretical and practical: presentations, brainstorming, workshops and discussions, language animations, ice braking games, orienteering game in Zakopane, national evenings and group presentations as a support to international education of the participants.
