BACK to Participation
Ge Tooled, Spain 2022
Participants developed useful skills in the youth work context but also in other contexts. Depending on the profile of participants and their interests, we focused more on some subjects, so the learning experience could be maximized. It is important to highlight that all the specific learnings had an introductory approach, so we tackled only some basics. Altogether with this, there was a huge amount of complementary activities much more fun approached related to intercultural purposes (visit to Granada, team building in Moclin, intercultural exchange activities).

Specific learnings:
- sexual / affective education in youth
- solving / preventing conflicts in youth field
- audiovisual skills
- project management tools
- teamwork tools
- non formal techniques and dynamics
- environmental impact of a project
Global learnings:
- improving foreign languages
- other countries culture
- explore local culture through visits
- Erasmus+ and its possibilities
- develop soft skills
