Method Yourself, Spain 2024
During the project, participants gained knowledge and developed skills related to non-formal methodologies. We began by identifying the differences between formal, non-formal, and informal learning, examining the potential uses of each and the benefits of combining elements from all of them.
We then delved into various methods, including team-building exercises, energizers, debriefings, debate techniques, educational techniques, gamification, and other elements that could be introduced into sessions or activities to leverage the non-formal potential. We sought to gain a clearer understanding of each method, its uses, appropriate contexts, potential risks, and leadership execution.

The majority of the time was dedicated to practical application. We explored specific examples, designed methods, conducted research, modified elements, and practiced these methods. By the end of the project, we created a portfolio with numerous examples of each type of session.
In addition, there was ample opportunity for networking and sharing best practices, as well as engaging in intercultural activities and exploring our surroundings through potential visits to places such as a monastery, hiking trails, and social events.
This project was done with the support of the Erasmus+ Programm.
