“Don’t let prejudices rule you!” Câmpina 2007

The main purpose of this trilateral project was to promote values, by eliminating discrimination, prejudices and stereotypes in a multicultural group. Young people from three countries (Romania, Serbia and Lithuania) with different cultures met all together in order to share, in interesting discussions, their perceptions and experience regarding this controversialist problem.1

The project took place in Câmpina at the “Youth House” for 7 days, 09th – 16th of November 2007.  In all the activities proposed by the project the main goal was to see our prejudices and to find solutions needed to avert the prejudice problem. All the participants deal with diversity by sharing different experiences and made together interesting and constructive workshops. The big challenge of the exchange it was to find them selves and encourage the dialogue by using self-understanding, tolerance, solidarity, team spirit and respect.

The project was financially supported by EC through the programme „Youth in Action”, action 3.1. Youth exchanges.
