ResponsAIbility, 2026 – 2027
ResponsAIbility is an Erasmus+ project (KA154 – Youth Participation Activities) implemented between February 2026 and January 2027, aiming to promote the ethical, critical, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence among young people. The project is coordinated by Together Romania Association in partnership with organizations from Italy and France, bringing together youth, educators, and policymakers in a shared process of reflection and dialogue on the impact of AI in education and democratic societies.

Starting from the reality that more and more young people are already using AI tools in their learning processes and daily lives, the project creates a safe and open space where these technologies can be discussed transparently, analyzed critically, and integrated responsibly. Fifteen young participants, including those with fewer opportunities, are directly involved in the preparation and implementation of the project. They will organize local participatory events in the three partner countries, facilitating discussions on the risks and opportunities of AI, such as misinformation, bias, privacy concerns, accessibility, and inclusion.
A key moment of the project will be an international youth mobility hosted in Romania, where participants will collaborate to produce concrete outcomes. These include a short awareness-raising video promoting inclusive and ethical AI use, as well as a collaboratively developed Code of Ethics for AI in education, focusing on equity, transparency, security, and empowered learning. Both results will be disseminated to educational institutions, youth organizations, and local authorities to ensure long-term impact.
Through dialogue, non-formal education, and cross-sector cooperation, ResponsAIbility empowers young people to become active contributors to the digital transformation of Europe, ensuring that Artificial Intelligence becomes a tool for inclusion, participation, and democratic engagement rather than a source of inequality.
